    Dubai Cruise Start Points

    DUBAI   -   SINGAPORE

It makes sense to fly directly into Dubai for your Dubai cruise with so many great direct options for flights, however many combine the delights of the Far East enjoying a longer cruise, starting in Singapore and making their way around India and up through the Gulf of Oman.  One of the best known cruise lines for sailing in Dubai has to be MSC Cruises who make it their mission to offer some of the very best itineraries and one of their newest ships the MSC Orchestra boasting a stylish design, 16 decks and whirlpool facilities. Royal Caribbean also have a tremendous offering for Dubai Cruises with fantastic kids clubs, top activities and an internet cafe. You'll have options to combine stop offs at stunning destinations including the tiny island of Bahrain, the opulent city of Muscat in Oman as well as other destinations within the United Arab Emirates such as Abu Dhabi and Khor Fakken. If you are flying into Dubai you'll have the option to stay a night or two on dry land and enjoy the sheer opulence of this dynamic global city.

DUBAI   -   ABU DHABI   -   KHOR FAKKEN   -   OMAN   -   MUSCAT   -   KHASAB   -   BAHRAIN

DUBAI has one of the most stunning city skylines on the planet, ever changing and ever higher - a visit here will keep you looking skywards at the awesome structural designs and some of the best views are definitely from the water. Being a new city built to a high spec and specifically for your enjoyment you can relish the splendour wandering through the hotels and malls, you'll be wowed by the opulence. It's hard to find a better view than from the worlds tallest building which is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. With an observation platform you can buy tickets to gaze across this extraordinary city.  And if relaxation is your aim then a visit to one of it's many beaches is a must, even if many are man-made you would never know it, take advantage of a cooling dip on the waters edge as temperatures remain high across the year.

Omans capital MUSCAT has a very different skyline, but just as beautiful. A much more traditional city the pretty skyline is a mixture of ancient architecture and domes of mosques which makes for a captivating picture.  The city is a maze of ancient streets, pretty souks and delicious restaurants, but you can also see it's natural side with wild mountains, stunning beaches and if you are lucky turtles and the incredible sight of turtles hatching at Ras al Hadd often across the year with peak hatching season between June and August.

ABU DHABI is an ideal stop on your Dubai Cruise, embracing a mix of old an new you'll be enjoying a modern city blended with ancient historical monuments, souks and museums. A jangle of busy city noises melts into quiet gardens, and for true Arabian adventure head to the desert an hour and a half outside town. It's well worth an excursion to take a camel ride or a jeep safari across this natural phenomenon, and it's also possible to stay the night out in the desert to see the sky and stars at its natural best.
